3.1 in the morning in cedar hills
Calf was bugging me a lot. 4x mile. Coach wanted me running in the front with the A group but I didn't feel like I should. but i still did it. went 4:32, 4:33, then switched to flats, and my calf tightened up bad after 1000, but I was going 4:35 pace, then last one i just kinda gave up and ran 4:47. Calf just didn't loosen up.
