Michigan in the afternoon. went 4:33, 3:22, 2:13, and 61 for the track and 5:07, 5:02, 5:02, and 4:58 for the grass tempos. Didn't feel amazing but got it done

3k race. i'll explain later

Felt pretty decent, breathing wasn't great but it wasn't bad. Legs felt GREAT! went out in 4:27, I feel that I should have gone out with aidan and garnica cuz I feel that I would have slowed down about the same amount, I just was too scared. Felt like I'm finally growing stronger again though so I'm happy about the race, and I should be able to throw down some good times in the future.
