Congratulations on your 5000 m race last weekend. Was that a PR for you?

This last weekend, there was a 3000 m steeplechase race here in Japan. The winner was a 19-year old college student. I am sending a link to the video. I am sending it because I think his style of going over the barriers is a little unique. Thought you might enjoy. By the way, he had a very good time of 8:17.46.
