Felt much better than yesterday. 5 in the morning with josh, then 5 in the afternoon doing loops on intramural field. I have a bit of a sore throat though, my roommate must have passed on whatever he had but luckily it only lasted 2-3 days.

Glad you were able to get out and run again. I just watched the BYU track meet on youtube. It is too bad you were not able to compete. Congrats to you brother (I am assuming that Josh Erickson is your brother) for 3rd place in the steeplechase. Why didn't Connor Shumway finish the race? and why didn't Conner Mantz finish the mile race? (Seemed a little "gutless" to me.) GREAT race by Cassey Clinger in the mile. Hurry up and recover so you can race. I want to see you run!

Yes, Josh is my brother. Clayson was just planning on going out at the pace he wants to race next week and just doing 2k. Mantz was the pacer in the mile.
