| 10x300 at 48-50. On the first one I was following and was like, we're going wayyy to slow but came through at 51. Then we clipped off a couple at 50, a couple at 49. Then probably 5 at 48. Last one was 47. Very light and easy workout but good to get the legs turning a little bit.

| Not a fast race, but felt really easy. Pace didn't go out hard and wasn't confident what I could run so I just sat behind the leader. Hopefully around 3k pace in 2 weeks.
