| 2 warm up to the canyon, 2 mile "tempo" back to the school. Then two mile cool down. Tempo was just under 5:30 pace so nothing crazy but a little something back for our legs.

| 6 down to art dye, back and up a mile toward the canyon. Was gonna do more tonight but Courtney said to just call it a day and be ready to hit it tomorrow and hopefully my mouth will be ready.

| Didn't have a watch for the most part of the run cuz Seth turned back at 2.5. We guessed at where the 3 mile out was and went to a guess where the 4 mile out was. The tempo was supposed to be 2 miles at 6:00 pace. It probably turned out to be 2.3 @ about 5:40 pace. Mouth felt a lot better. Strength before. Also my new Pegs will be in soon and I'm stoked!
And Shout out to Holt for being Utah Girl's XC Coach of the Year or something like that!

| Ran at 6:00 with the team. I still don't know why we met then but we did. My shins hurt a little as well as my achilles so I decided I'm not dealing with another year like sophomore year so I backed it off a little bit since this is like my first week back.

| Quite the run. Went at 6:30 so I could come back for my church ball game. We won 52-22, and we could have beat them by more. Good times. Roads were slick so be safe everyone.

| Alpine loop but it was snowy. Took a while. Then got back and did an 800 all out. Kind of a joke cuz the track was all snowy and icy. Ran a solid 2:25. Probably could have gone 5ish seconds faster but nobody came with when I was kicking so I kind of jogged it in. Good times though.

| Felt pretty dang good. Hamstrings were a bit tight but nothing bad. 2 mile tempo @ 6:00 pace which felt fine. Could breath a lot better then yesterday. Also I had a sick snow hairdo. Ready to throw down a quick time tomorrow.
Also my garmin vivoactive came in today so I can finally use it!!!

| They called us over for the mile way early so I didn't get a warm up in besides strides. Went out hard, and died a little bit but really happy with the time based off of conditions. Then did a two mile cool down. Then got .66 mile warm up for the 4x800. Justin led with a 2:02 to put us in first. then Josh with a 2:07, then Seth with a 2:10, then I closed with a 2:02 but lost the lead for us. Should have kicked it harder cuz I think I could have held off Chris cuz he slowed down at the very end, I was just a baby but lol I had the baton like 3 seconds before him so he ran a lot faster then me so Shout Out to him!
Shout out to everyone else who raced too!
