| 2 mile tempo after two miles. Went 5:45 the first and 5:38 the second. Then looped back toward the school with seth and went onto the trail that goes to AF. Then looped back around to Alpine Highway I think and did a little loop there. Good times.

| Went to help Austin with his eagle and then we went to get roxberry. Then we saw michael on his way home from work so he flipped around and came to roxberry. Then Michael and I went on a run cuz neither of us had run earlier. Good loop and felt great!
Shout out to Mike for running with me cuz it would have been lonely.

| Half a mile before plyos. Then plyos and lol the sprinting coach told me that I really should have been a sprint. What a joke.
Down to UtahRun with some pick up runs. First part was right about 7 flat average but then I threw in a couple speedier miles and ended with jack.

| .5 warm up then drills. Then 2 mile warmup then 2 minutes hard 1 easy (x4). Hurt bad and my back was way tight on the last one and couldn't breath well. Went .48, .46 .45 .43 so lol went out a little harder then I should have. Cool down up to 9. maybe more tonight, we'll see.

| mile warm up then strides. Then raced. Then 5 mile cool down. Race went well, just stuck behind travis the whole time and tried to make a move on him, kind of died, but then found the energy to kick and beat a guy who passed me on the back stretch.

| Tomorrow is gonna be full mileage again I think. 4x2min tempo today. went .43 .43 .43 .41 but the last one was directly against a strong wind so equal in effort. Felt good and relaxed. Just Craik Josh and I. Then we went to the pool and did warm ups and plyos and stuff like that in the pool. Good times.

| First 4 were kind of tough but then we got onto a trail which makes every run better. Felt good for the last 5. Gonna be back to 60 this week after kind of a rough week of running last week. Also good time messing with the girls cars cuz they left their keys easy places to find so we moved them all around.

| 6x600 meter hills. The wind was brutal and this time ryan said that we could actually go fast. He said to start with 2:00. I went 1:58, 1:59, 1:57, 1:56, 1:54, 1:54. Lol the last one hurt like the last part of an 800. cooled down 3 miles and then iced. My friend wants to run a little bit tonight so I'm gonna run 3-4 more with him.
