53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
7 nice miles 89 degree area. cool ride.
Nice day for a run. Went around the black hill. Wind picked up 40 mph gusts. no problems.
Moning run. Finally got out of bed and ran down the road. Felt great after 2 mile warm up. found 60 cents 2 quarters and one dime. I also got 6 free tickets to the las vegas racing event. Morning runs do pay off!
