53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
6 miles with the Bear. did a few pick ups but manly kept it slow and easy!
Nice miles in the morning. nothing fancy! feeling sore! legs feel hammered!
