I had a very difficult time running this morning.   My feet were hurting most of the run.   It was pretty warm 78 degrees.   

Went another round on the treadmill.      10 miles. first 3 were simple  around 8 min pace.   second three turned up the heat 5:38 pace   third three slowed down a bit  5:53  pace.    last mile warm down.

I was thinking about doing some speed work this morning.  it was a nice morning 50 degrees.  felt great.  My body told me it was not in the mood.   I kept it pretty slow.

4more miles tonight. Fairy good pace.   got down to 6:01  min miles.
