53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
Nice miles tonight. Took off Sunday to rest after the big mile day Saturday. Great to run with Superfly for 4 tonight.

Met up with Big foot in the morning.
Nice run at night.
