Went to the gym for an hour.  then after getting stood up by Steve the Massage guy.   Went for a nice run at 9 PM.  The best i could manage was 7:30  average.   Felt fast for me!  I sure have alot of work to do to get back to where i need to be to compete!

You must have a time machine if you have already ran on Jan 16, 2008.

Love your quote at the end of your bio. I just turned 36 and I am ready to take it as far as the work I put into it. Thanks for the advice, I will run as many as possible this year. Going to try and run the Last Chance For Boston in Ohio Feb 17th, hopefully I can get back to my fittness before the stress fx.

What is your injury?

Who were you talking to about changing to the 5K. I just changed it on the papers that Steve had, hopefully it got changed for me, because that is what I'm planning on running. Are you going to be there tonight?

From Wildbull on Thu, Jan 17, 2008 at 13:43:57

I plan on being there tonight. "Revenge is a dish best served cold!" I went to the rec center and had it done. I thought Steve already submitted my paperwork? I think you will be fine.
