The goal of this Run was to get out of bed and just get the legs moving! Ran in Mik’l and ran a mile with her. She is great to talk to.
Planning on doing interval work tonight. At least 5 1 mile repeats under 6 min pace.

I ran another 4 miles tonight tempo intervals went 3 miles at 6 min pace. Then ran 1 mile at 5:27 pace on the treadmill. probably should of done more but i am still feeling a little suggish from the 1/2. last weekend. calf and back a little tight! |
