The goal of this Run was to get out of bed and just get the legs moving!     Ran in Mik’l and ran a mile with her.  She is great to talk to.

Planning on doing interval work tonight.  At least 5 1 mile repeats under 6 min pace.

Signed up for Kanab 10 k.   Oh crap Dave Holt signed up!  He is going to be the 1st place winner!

I ran another 4 miles tonight  tempo intervals     went 3 miles at 6 min pace.    Then ran 1 mile at 5:27 pace on the treadmill.     probably should of done more but i am still feeling  a little suggish from the 1/2. last weekend.   calf and back a little tight!

ok, the Race starts at 8 am it takes 1.5 hours to get to Kanab which means we would need to leave here by 5:30 am. to get a good warm up etc before the race! I am picking up Kendrik stalie who lives next to me! I could pick you up! Is james coming? How does that sound to you?

From dave holt on Tue, May 06, 2008 at 18:54:22

Sounds very good. If you can pick me up that would be great. James, however, is staying in town and running the Cotton Days.

Good to see you out and about this morning! Checking out yesterdays post I think you better go somewhere nicer than Harmons if you want to impress a girl!
