I decided I needed to get a long run in this morning.  So I called my work and told them i would be late.   I ran up clydes trail of love and Daves trail of despair. I was on a mission to find a Turtle and avoid snakes.   As usual I must report no sighting of either.  My feet  are sore.  I do not think I will be doing any speed work tonight.   SaucanyGrid Trigon 4 Ride)

Hey Bill,

It looks like you already got your long run in for the week. I'm actually going to stay up in Salt Lake Friday night and run the striders 30K race Saturday, so I won't be around to do a longer run after the border 10K.

Yea, speed wouldn't be smart. Great job on getting in the miles!

yes i'm racing this weekend, though it will be more like just a run than a race. i'm not fast at all...yet. but give me a couple years & i'll be more excited about racing. nice run this a.m.! you've really been working hard! very motivational. how long have you been running bill?

From Cheston on Tue, Apr 24, 2007 at 14:18:45

Bill, I'm impressed, 37 miles in two days!!!!!! Your on a mission or something. I should really start increasing the miles myself. Keep up the good work.

Good job Bill. I hope things up on my trail treated you good. I forgot to report that last Thursday I saw anouther turtle. That makes 2 for 2007 and 6 since I moved to our house.

No, I don't think I'll be doing the Hurricane Half. I've got a local race that falls on the same day, I'll most likely do that instead. My endurance isn't anywhere near yours, so I'll save myself a butt-kicking by not showing up.
