Nice day for a run.  Warm and sunny.  ended up running 7:30 pace.   Went up and talked to Steve the charmer!  Talked to Hayden for a few minutes.   Ran with my shoes.

Thanks for the encouragement. I knew what I was getting myself into. I had already committed to running both races (both with Team in Training) and I knew I had to pick one for a PR and one for fun. I'm ready for some much needed recover time!

Hey I saw you out running down bluff, you were looking strong, just like a "wildbull" should! I was going to honk but then I remember how I hate when people honk at me cause you can never tell who they are. Nice run!

Hi Mike, I paln on running thursday. and will do just the 5 k on painters.
