Day off.  Wonderful church service.  Watched football most of the day.  Winterized our RV batteries taking them out and storing them in our basement on a shelf.

I've had a headache the last two days that I'm trying to get rid of.  I believe it's due to lack of sleep the last few nights.

8.4 miles.  Not a lot of time today.  Have to rebuild our Calendar Server that died Friday.  Our ISU campus Departments us this for scheduling.

Good run in  20 degree weahter.

Ran a 100 meter stride in my crocs just to see what it felt like.  They definitely have cushion and are light, but not something I would get accustom to doing.

It was 35 degrees when I started this morning.  Great weather for a run and I was overdressed.  I ran into Bill M.  at the top of Satterfield Rd.  and we ran 5 miles together.  Great conversation and nice to run with someone, and not really caring about the pace.  We talked about doing some adventure races next year for fun together.  Bill is great at ultra's, and can teach me a few things.  That's probably my plan for next year fun races and not serious training.

After I left Bill I headed home and decided to pick the pace up  a bit for the last 3 miles.  (6:34, 6:01, 6:21).  Finished with 12.61 miles at an overall 7:22 pace in 1:32:44.   No hurry just a fun visit and enjoyable run.

35 degrees outside and very nice.   I did 12.21 miles at an overall 7:11 easy pace in 1:27:43.  Nothing amazing about this run, other than I saw my wife driving around twice when I was running my route.  She was teasing me by holding up a thermo of coffee, or a Big Train Streamer.

My left foot is still giving me issues.  I think to completely heal I would need to take at least three days off.

Started the run at 39 degrees with a very grayish sky.  Were definitely in for snow soon.  Ran 11.6 miles at a 7:04 pace in 1:22.  Ran up Olympus Rd and done Bench Rd..

I actually ran in my tie and dress shoes at work this morning.  When I got to work I had to go get  a Hard Disk that was being delivered from Salt Lake City.  The delivery guy couldn't find our building so he called me from across campus.  I told the delivery guy to stay where he was at, and I would run over to get the part.  This was a high priority drive that needed to be replaced in our mail server were the one failed.  It's mirrored (hardware array)  and the server has a (Hot Spare) so there was no down time.  I just thought it was funny running across campus in my dress clothes. I'm sure students gave me a few looks.

20 degrees when I started running at 6am, and it started to snow.  Luckily it didn't snow too hard.  Ran 8:03 miles at a 6:49 pace in 54:43.  Then I headed off to my daughter's parent teacher conference at 7:30am .

 Bunch run:

Ran another 5.22 miles.   Nothing real fast just a nice easy 7:12 pace.  Snow was still lightly coming down, but almost nothing.

Ran with Barry at the top of Pocatello Creek down to my house at 7:30am.  It was an absolute blizzard the first few miles that I considered running back to the vehicle.  The wind had to be blowing 20mph the first 3 miles.

Anyway I ran 11.20 miles at an overall 6:52 pace in 1:16:28 in very slick weather.  Barry fall down by the corner near my house and hurt the wrist a bit.   The whole run was in nice powdered snow that was slick at times.  It never stopped snowing the whole run.
