It was 27 degrees this morning but really didn't feel cold even though I could see the fog coming out of my mouth (ya right fog).  I ran a pretty tough course going up Tuscany Rd. and over Hospital Way.  Good hills (up/down) and I felt pretty good.  Right now running is just running for fitness and nothing more.  12.10 miles at an overall 6:53 pace in 1:23:20.

Each day I wake up and don't know how far I'm going to run.  It depends on how long my devotion is with my wife every morning.  This is the most important thing to me right now.  We live in a world where we always want a edge on something (getting preachy), but do we ever stop and recognize where God wants us to be...

22 degrees this morning.  Sore from all the rolling hills yesterday so I took it easy today.  11.31 miles at an overall 7:01 pace in 1:19.  My left foot in the middle is still bothering me now for three or more weeks.  Especially on sharp turns.  Oh well at least I'm not racing so it don't matter.

Tired this morning because of long work days and just flat out mentally busy at work.  Ran this morning and didn't even look at the Garmin and didn't care about the pace.  Ran 11.30 miles at an overall 7:11 pace in 1:21:12.

Great devotion this morning.  About we have to step out on faith with decision making.  Sometimes we are wrong but that's the only way you gain success is by failing.  We have to trust in God when he tells us what to do even if it's not what we want.

Had to work till 1am this morning.  I felt so tired and sluggish today getting up at 6am.  This week has been so busy that I will not run the Half Marathon tomorrow that I was going to do for fun.  My foot is bothering me has it is so that's a good sign not to push in a race or not run the race. I'm just too busy and really not trained to run it the way I would want to .  It's not a big deal its only a fun race and not big.

Ran 13.31 miles at an overall 7:23 pace in 1:38:12.

Ran with Barry this morning.  Neither one of us did the Half Marathon in Pocatello.  I had good reasons.  1.  I worked till 1am last night.  2.  My foot is a little sore and didn't want to risk running in flats.  3. I didn't want to pay the $55.00 registration fee.  4.  I had to work this morning anyway after the run with Barry.

Ran 7:38 miles at an overall 6:19 pace in 46:39.  Did a fast run because I had to work after the run.  Splits (6:49, 6:15, 6:15, 6:12, 6:25, (flat) 5:23, (cool down)  6:32)
