I met Danielle down at the park trail on 90th south and 700 west and we ran 10 miles north and made it somewhere near 22nd south. It may have been farther. I figure its usually around 8 blocks per mile but it does weave side to side. I saw Teena Marie at mile 15 and she was going to fast for us. I ended up running the last 3 miles at a 6:30 pace. My toe hurt my periformis hurt my hip flexor and pretty much my entire pelvis was a mess. Other than that...

Other than that you are totally fine! Taper is nearly upon us, then you can really recover and heal up!

Teena, Danielle crashed and burned that next mile and I got to a 6:19 pace and couldnt catch you! You are running SGM right?
