I went to SJ park and ran with the BB runners and we did 4x 5k runs with rest in between. Did my first at a warm up pace.   2nd was a 19 minute 5k. 3rd was 22. 4th was 17. No cool down as I had to do the carpool thing for school.

Thanks Paul, I will hopefully get through it. What happens today doesnt usually affect me until 1 to 2 months from now. So it gives me a chance to try and make up instantly.

Jody, I love running with you gals and guys. I feel like Benny Hill some days! lol Yes that is my real sleep time and my wife can attest to it! I tried everything last night, I even tried showering and it didnt help. Except for the stinky part. lol

Michelle, Amen to that! I always tell myself that something good is about to happen because ive got to go through all this first.

Kelli, I was actually hoping for a 16 and change with the course being .05 shorter. But that head wind and no pressure from behind made me slow down. JK! you guys pushed me. I was happy to see you two come in right behind! I swear, Im prophesying now that Scott will be able to break 3 hours soon! I can feel it!

Way to run this morning! I didn't even run my 1 5K in any of those times. I feel super slow! Way to be a carpool dad too. That's awesome

Walter the prophet! Well, we may not have been pushing you from behind, but we didn't bring up the rear for a change (only cause everyone else was running marathon pace and Scott and I were having a race).

Seriously, Scott could be good. The more muscle he drops, the faster he gets.

He called me and said, "I dunno what I think about a skinny guy like Walter telling me I have lost weight!!" It is a touchy subject, but it is really helping him to run better.
