am--6 Woke up w/ a headache, so I didn't get out w/ the team. Anasazi and Chipmunk while listening to Erik Davis talk about Philip K. Dick. PKD's stories are wild. The run had a bird theme w/ 2 Candian geese honking on a cliff above the river and a roadrunner successfully outrunning me. Decent weather before the storm.
am--7 We did some Igloi-style work at "lighter" tempos. Nice morning of running in the drizzle.
I finished one of the trippiest books I've ever read--The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch by Philip K. Dick. His books are mixed for me because they're thought-provoking and compelling, but they're also pretty heavy.
am--7 Anasazi trailhead-to-trailhead. Nice post-rain run other than the biting wind.
My stats from last year were 50 books, 125,928 feet gained, and 131 trail runs for 1,721.75. Not a bad year, going into my mid-40s. The trails were a lifesaver.
