pm--3.5 Nice pre-state run @ an elementary school in Sandy. We threw in some pick-ups with full recovery in between.

am--6 A nice run by the tracks w/ Master Dave and a mall loop w/ the kiddos. Had a fun day at State. The kids ran hard. Congrats to the girls for a close 2nd. They make me really proud.
