pm--6 After being inspired by the kiddos and their Michigan workout, I decided to strap on the Streak XC and hop on the tready for my own Michigan. I'm not sure on the splits but ended up w/ 29:07. It's not quite comparable to what a few of the girls threw down, what w/ the terrain and the heat, but felt pretty good for an old guy. I had the tready set at 1.5% grade. The first 800 was ~6:50. The first 1.5 was ~6:55. The second 800 was ~6:40, and the second 1.5 was ~6:50. The fast 400 was ~6:20. I took the 5k sections a bit slow but was strong on the 10k sections. It felt good overall. The calves are tizight. RHR--53.
