I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4 30/30 workout w/ Carli and the girls. It was a good group effort.
am--6 Grass run w/ some random fun through the neighborhoods near the school.
am--6.75 A nice cruise-interval workout--2x 1min, 2min, 3min, 2min, 1min. I ran right on the shoulders of Josie and Meskerem. They are running really well. Despite what the girls might believe, this was a workout for me.
pm--4.25 A nice, little run in the middle of one of those days. Holidays seem so blah when everyday is a holiday.
pm--6 Anasazi Trail w/ Tom in the heat of the afternoon. Good trail run. Everytime I hit the dirt I wonder why I ever run anywhere else.
