pm--6 Same workout as last Tuesday but didn't go up and down. I just doubled it all on the way up--4 x 400 @ 7:30, 4 x 200 @ 7:00, 4 x 100 @ 6:50, and 4 x 100 @ 6:40 all w/ equal distance rest in between.
am--5.5 It was nice to be back running w/ the team. The girls are doing very well. We ran on the paths in Coral Canyon, and the nature of the trail--up and down, up and down--can be a soul crusher. But the girls hung tough and even pushed it up the hills. Run Like Hill!!!
