am--4 Had to try some shoes I got for Father's Day. So I went around the block and through the woods, etc. I'd like to get out this evening, but life is busying up. 

I didn't get out again. I had someone to meet--Zora Jane, 5 lbs. 7 oz., 18.75". She's awesome.

pm--3.5 Dragged my brother-in-law out tonight after I nerded out all day on WS100 coverage. Pretty good race. I picked it up just a little in the middle. Felt good.
