am--5.25 Dirt-Mile Tempo. We started @ 7:30 and dropped it progressively, finishing right around 7:00. Josie hung tough. Meskerem didn't break a sweat. And Nicole and APush were grouped up just behind us. Great day for the top girls. RHR--51.

am--5 Nice, easy day on the Tortoise Trail. I added a bit on the grass before practice. Kids Club after. RHR--51. 

pm--2 I intended on running for 30 minutes, but my right calf got really tight. I had to bail early.

pm--5 Lower Zen w/ Thomas. I finally got out again this week. It felt good, but it was hard. My breathing was hard, and my calf is still a bit funky. Not sure what that is. Here's to a new week.
