I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--10 Long run w/ various tempo-style pickups. This is the type of run that I just have to get started, and things improve. Some folks are looking strong. RHR--53.

pm--5.5 Green Springs w/ a good push on the way up. I felt the run from yesterday in my legs.
