pm--7 Some good miles after a productive day. Got to Pine Valley this weekend as well.
am--5 Pizza/AC/Costco Loop. A little chilly this morning, but we got rain last night. All is well. RHR--52.
pm--3 Miles after the youngster meet. Boy, was I cold this afternoon.
am--5 DI/AC. A good 'un. My legs, particularly the lower legs, are a bit tight. Perhaps Monday got them all Altraed. RHR--50.
am--5 DI/AC. Another chilly morning. Finished up running a nice pace and building goofy stories, 2 words at a time. RHR--51.
pm--3.25 Sandberg's. I skipped out on the 200s because of the leg/groin/hip thing.
am--6.75 DI/AC/DI. Good run this morning. I even felt peppy at times. I'm excited to see how the kids will run this weekend. RHR--51.
