am—9.5 Sullivan for the tempo/long run. It went a lot better than last week, and the girls looked strong. Addi really brought her A game.
am--1.5 Weights and Harts+. Probably the last chilly morning for a while. RHR--53.
pm--5.75 Telegraph to Trailers loop via Sandberg's w/ some extension near the school. My legs were feeling it today.
am--5.25 Telegraph out-and-back w/ 6x striders. Fairly uneventful but had a nice chat w/ Caroline after. RHR--54.
am--1.5 Weights/Past the Whale. Good pace and nice convo. RHR--54.
pm--5 Trail to Nowhere and back through the PVMS neighborhood. It's a fun time to be a a Panther. Erged for 10 minutes.
am--6.25 Beautiful morning on the White Reef and Tipple trails near Harrisburg. I have never run out there before. The trails are very runnable w/ great views of the Red Cliffs Reserve and the Quail Lake area. Nice way to start the day. RHR--53.
am--8 SC Parkway out-and-back. I try to get stronger throughout the run. That happened today. RHR--55.
