pm--10 An evening jaunt right after a nap, following dinner. Needless to say, the tummy wasn't so yummy. It's nice to get out and the enjoy the weather.

pm--4.5 Went to my parents and used the treadmill while watching some bball. I did a little uphill challenge at 10% for 15 minutes--~1.5 miles--and then finished off with some smokin' pace.

am--6 First morning run in a while. Waking up has been very difficult for me lately. Neighbor Greg and I did the Sunbrook look w/ out the little extension at the end. The temperatures were nice, but the blustery wind wasn't. Hope things clear up a little for the PV Invitational this weekend.
