I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5 These half days are hard. I generally eat like crap and tend to think I have more time to run than I really do. Nevertheless, I got out for an Albertson's loop. Perfect temps.
pm--6.25 Anasazi trail w/ Tom. A little warmer today.
pm--3.75 Miles for the sake of running. Rough week so far mentally.
