am--9.25 River Trail loop w/ some tempo sections thrown in. It was a decent run. We had some trouble remembering and hitting paces. Now, I'm tired.

pm--4.75 Starbucks w/ striders. Decent run. These short Tuesday afternoon runs are rough on the legs. Perhaps, I need to get in that Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning to flush the junk. Loved the feeling of striders today. 

I finished Labyrinths by Jorge Luis Borges. Lots of short stories and essays w/ mental gymastics and literary tricks. I found it interesting.
