I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--3 A few miles to get back on the horse after a busy end to the week last week. RHR--56.
pm--5 A nice run in the evening. Felt good. RHR--54.
pm--7 A nice run w/ neighbor up through Lava Cove and down Tuweap. I also added a few beforehand. RHR--53.
pm--7 Just some miles, getting back into an everyday habit.
