I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--4 Some easy miles to start the week. I'm going to try the 4-6-8 bump, then maybe a 6-8-10.

pm--8 Up around the high school and the Canyons and Lava Cove.

pm--8 I set out to do some mile repeats. I got 2 in, but that was all that was in the legs. On the plus side, I ran them on a new loop that is pretty stellar.
pm--4 easy miles after a long day of sitting and eating.
am--5.5 Barrel Roll w/ Tom. The Nike watch always tracks this a bit short.
