I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--8 Kids club and then old morning route w/ my neighbor. Felt bored out by the end.
pm--6.5 Anasazi w/ LG on the way out. Felt dead in a good way. Listened to a podcast about professional obituary writers.
am--4 Old morning route before school. Nice to start the day w/ a run.
pm--2 Kids club running w/ and between groups.
pm--3.5 Provo River Trail after state drill semifinals.
am--3 Around the MTC and the stadium from the hotel. That part of Provo is pretty.
am--5.5 Anasazi w/ the shoulder w/ Thomas. Nice cruising morning. I also finished My Documents by Alejandro Zambra.
