am--5.25 Up to the Canyons by my lonesome. First cold morning of the fall.

pm--4.75 Vineyard w/ 6x pickups. I ate a bowl of creamy soup and a few breadsticks minutes before. My stomach is transforming.

I finished Run to the Top by Arthur Lydiard and Garth Gilmour. I don't think Lydiard has it all right but he has more right than anyone else.

At least partially. My Gma and her sisters were named after people in Arthurian lore, so we thought we’d add to it.
