One Mile at a Time

6 today with Matt. We actually started at school because Matt needed paper work that I had already gotten during the start of seminary. We did 2.5 before doing 6 .2 mile hill repeats on Ali's road. Good workout. 1.1 mile cooldown then some pull ups. Nice weather today!

2.5 on the treadmill in the am.

6 in the afternoon. I did 5 minutes at a 7 minute pace then 2 minutes around a 6 minute pace 5 times and after the last one did another easy 5. Really good run and the weather was amazing!

Exciting day today! Casey told me, Jared and Clain to come to his school around 10:20 and then Clain's mom also told us she needed us at 9:50 and it would be worth it. Turns out Casey won the Gatorade National Cross Country Runner of the Year and there was an assembly at AF for it. Really cool experience and super happy for Casey! 

Running wise I did 3 miles alone after school.

Raced the 1600 and 800. Both of them were a second slower than my PRs I set at the ice oval two weeks ago. 4:42 and 2:07. 

10.5 today with Zack, Josh, Craik and their coach. I'm super tired now and have a dance tonight so hopefully my legs start to feel a little better.
