AM- 2.65 miles.
PM- Mile warm up then 5 minutes hard 5 easy 4 3 2 1. almost got 17 laps in total. 2.8 miles of hard 4.15 total. Mile cool down. Today I ran later with Matt because both of us had to miss practice and it was kind of weird running on the track when it was dark out. I did the workout in my new shoes and they felt great!
