I'm really starting to feel better and the soreness is almost gone. I decided to do a very SLOW shake out run to see how I feel. I didn't wear the garmin, but am guessing my pace was 10:30ish. My calves were a bit achy to start, but eventually warmed up. But my hip is still sore. I stretched, foamed rolled and did a few strengthening exercises last night. I did the same this morning. I'm not going to run tomorrow, but will on Friday. I will give my hip a week or so to see how it does..then maybe go to the doctor.
