The downhill of Battle Creek is absolutely brutal. The rock is slippery and my knee/ITB were totally bugging by the end. I didn't get lost which is always nice. It was cooler and the sun didn't hit heavy till the connector trail between parking lots.

| Yoga. I was SO very tired from waking up early yesterday, so I slept in today.
2 mile hike with the kids from Brighton to Lake Mary. It was majestic with all the wild flowers and light rain.
