Ran to the AH track.  63 degrees.  I've put my SuperFeet inserts in my shoes.  This has really helped my achilles niggle.  Then I scrapped my right outside knee (ITB insertion point).  I noticed while crawling into bed (bent my knee), that it didn't hurt.  I felt like I could push during this workout and not worry about injury.  Definitely felt more confident.

Started at the Tibble Fork turnoff.  Ran solo.  46 degrees at the top. This felt extremly HARD.  Wish I could've had a few sub 8 miles in the canyon.  High hamstring and ITB bugging.
