Ran to the AH track. 63 degrees. I've put my SuperFeet inserts in my shoes. This has really helped my achilles niggle. Then I scrapped my right outside knee (ITB insertion point). I noticed while crawling into bed (bent my knee), that it didn't hurt. I felt like I could push during this workout and not worry about injury. Definitely felt more confident.
