WALK/RUN: 4.4 miles in 50 minutes (5 min walk to 5 min run x1 ~ 4 min walk to 6 min run x4) This is the furthest I've gone since January. Hooray! I went a bit faster today on the TM and did ankle exercises between each set. I made an appointment with the PT tomorrow just because....a lot of reasons. Ankle feels good today, but still not getting excited yet.
