Down farmhill road 34:34 AP: 8:49 9:49, 8:46, 8:22, 7:35 I'm SO loving these cool morning! I felt great this morning on my run. My aches and pains are going away and things are returning back to normal. When SGM is done, one of my main goals is to really start lifting...focusing on the legs. I need to strengthen them so I'm not always feeling injured.
