WALK/RUN - 4.2 miles in 50 minutes - warm up of 6 min walk to 4 min run and then did 4x 5min run to 5 min walk I am so flipping sore from power pump yesterday. What a wimp! In addition to the soreness, I am dog tired from walking around Swiss Days. WOWZER, there was a lot of people, yummy food and it was hot. Time to go to bed!
