How is your ankle feeling?
How did it handle the 6/4?
Please oh please oh please say that all is well! :)

You're doing great! I should comment this on my blog, but I'm going to do it here. I think I came back from my SF too fast (according to the PT), but my body handled it well. I really wanted to get back to a place where I could run the SLC 1/2 so I did probably a bit more than I should've. So, don't use me as an example :) If, however, your body seems to be tolerating it well see how things go. BUT at the first twinge of pain STOP and go back a step! When I'd push it I didn't have any issues (which you probably read) so I tried to catch up to my cardio level with my running miles.
I'm glad things are progressing well and slow - we don't want any more injuries!!

I'm very glad to see your ankle is slowly improving. You've kept your head up through this injury. You'll be killing all your PR's next race season.
