The nice thing about working out in the afternoon/evening is that I can get a longer workout it (in the morning, I have to get home so my hubby can get off to work). Stairclimber - 1.75 miles (ankle felt GREAT!! I am going to try 2-2.25 miles next time) Elliptical - 1.75 miles (ankle still felt GREAT!! Again, going to go longer next time) Bike - 33 minutes (10 miles) Swim - half mile swim 21 minutes ( I wore my watch in the water and timed myself - I was much faster than usual. Hooray).
