It is always fun to go away, but it is even better to come home! Giving all my babies a big love was by far the best part of the week! I'm still feeling really tired and a bit achy all over. Thank goodness it is a rest week! 3x 1 mile Walking lunges Single leg hamstring lift Side to side lunges Squats Push ups Dips Row Fly The mile runs were super slow...no need to get an injury! Long stretching and foam rolling. My ankles were still quite swollen from traveling all day yesterday....so lots and lots of water today! I recently found out some news from an immediate family member. I'm really feeling the effects and feel particularly sad today. Time heals all wounds. |
