I went at 4:55am this morning and never got a nap.  I took my kids to the roller skating rink today and spent all evening at soccer games.  I can hardly keep my eyes open, I'm so tired.

5AMers are the best. The only naps I get are unintentional nod-offs at my desk.

Roller skating must be good for ankles, right?

Yeah, that is some great working out! Sorry you did not get any sleep, that is a bummer. I hope you found time for a nap you BUSY mom.

Oh, man, I wish I could have taken your kids roller skating! I love roller skating, or any other kind of skating, for that matter. Great that the ankle is good. Our yoga teacher has us do all kinds of barefoot arch lifting stuff to strengthen our feet. Do you do yoga?

KP - Thanks for the encouraging words!

Chad - I have a love-hate relationship with 5am. I LOVE to have it over for the day if I am running (can't ride my bike that early though), but HATE the fact I am so tired all day.

Burt-No rolling skating for me! The rink allows scooters. So I sat on the side and waved and cheered!

Aunti-I NEED to make it a priority. I always feel so much better when I do it!
