Pool run 62 minutes (6.2 running miles) 5 min warm up 8x5min hard (1 min rest) 3x45 sec hard (15 sec rest) 5 min cool down I really need to stretch. I haven't been doing it because I don't feel very comfortable stretching at the pool in a wet suit and when I get home life gets crazy. I can tell that I haven't been stretching and I am tight tight tight! Does shoveling the driveway with my kids count as miles? Off to build another snow fort!
